Why Band?
Marching Band really does teach you about life. It teaches you discipline, perseverance, and commitment. This activity inspires you to be the best version of yourself because the whole band is learning and growing together. We grow through our core values, PERCAR, but we also grow together as a family. We all support and encourage each other. So yes, marching band is a huge time commitment and it will challenge you both mentally and physically, but the memories and lessons that you take away make it all worth it.

Personal Growth: We each make a personal commitment to put forth effort and improve every single rep.
Esprit de Corps: A feeling of pride and common loyalty that exists among our band.
Respect: We respect each other, our leadership, our staff, our equipment, and this program. We must always have respect for the band we are a part of and never take this opportunity for granted.
Commitment: Being in the marching band requires commitment to be present, physically and mentally, at every practice and performance.

Responsibility: Everyone in the band is responsible for upholding all of these core values and constantly striving to be their best.
